Healing food according to the five elements – individually tailored to your organism
Chinese dietetics is an independent pillar of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Unlike modern diet trends, it is not aimed at short-term effects or calorie counting. Instead, it uses the energetic effect of food to promote health, well-being and inner balance – adapted to the constitution, phase of life and current complaints.
In TCM, food is considered a mild remedy. Each food has a thermal effect (e.g. warming or cooling), a flavor (sweet, spicy, salty …) and a connection to certain organ functions. In this way, nutrition is used specifically to strengthen, regulate or relieve processes in the body.
Chinese dietetics is not a rigid nutritional theory, but a flexible system – holistic, suitable for everyday use and individualized.
TCM assumes that health arises when Qi can flow freely and Yin and Yang are in balance. Food has a direct influence on this balance. A diet that produces too much cold, dryness or phlegm formation in the body can promote complaints in the long term – such as digestive problems, tiredness, skin diseases or susceptibility to infections.
The energetic quality of the diet is adapted to individual needs through the targeted selection and preparation of food. The aim is to strengthen the digestive power (the so-called spleen Qi) and harmonize the metabolism.
Western nutritional concepts are also increasingly recognizing the importance of an anti-inflammatory, individual diet. TCM dietetics can provide valuable impetus here:
The costs may vary slightly depending on the time required. Typical costs are

Chinese dietetics is also a powerful preventative tool – to stay healthy and in balance in the long term.

Practical experience
I went to Dr. Hui a year ago because I was suffering from cold sores on my lips due to fatigue and stress. Both the teacher and the receptionist were friendly and I felt comfortable during the consultation. I received acupuncture treatment three times in a row and was prescribed Chinese herbal tea. It corrected my general physical ailments, helped me sleep better and as a result my lips also healed. I got into the habit of checking my lips in the mirror every morning and was surprised to find that my skin was smoother. Now I am starting to go back there for lower back pain. There was another teacher for chiropractic and pressure point treatment, and after his treatment I also had an acupuncture treatment, which was quite exhausting, but I felt reborn.
I wanted to relieve physical fatigue from standing work and menstrual cramps from ovarian cysts.
This is the third time I have gone to Dr. Hui.
Depending on your physical condition and problems that day, they recommend chiropractic or chiropractic treatment and also prepare Chinese herbal medicine that is effective for gynecological problems.
I can't say that Chinese medicine is delicious, but since I've been taking it, my body feels warmer and warmer and I feel like I'm doing better.
For those who want a full-fledged treatment instead of relaxation.
It's a place.
Professor Hui and all the other staff are friendly and helpful.
We also have staff who speak Japanese, so you can come here with peace of mind even if you don't speak German well.
Suddenly, I felt pain from my cervical vertebrae to my lower back, and I couldn't sleep or wake up, so I went to see Dr. Hui. My spine was severely blocked and seemed to be in a serious condition, but I am very grateful that after three treatments I felt better than before the pain started. The doctor will be able to arrange the treatments such as acupuncture, cupping, bone correction, massage, Chinese medicine, etc. according to the symptoms and give the treatment in the most suitable way for the individual. I am very grateful that he can point out problems in my body by checking my pulse, palms and the condition of my tongue and then prescribe a prescription tailored to each individual problem. And they are all correct! I have issues with my internal organs and other functions and she also prescribes acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to help with these issues. Dr. Hui and the entire staff are very friendly, cheerful and provide wonderful treatments. For physical ailments, we recommend a one-time visit with us.
I have been suffering from hay fever for four years since I came to Germany. I was diagnosed by Dr. Hui, my body was corrected by chiropractic treatment and stagnant blood was removed from my neck with a therapy called bloodletting. Due to the hay fever, my face was itchy, but the effect was seen the very next day and my face felt much better to the touch.
I was then prescribed Chinese herbal medicine and the effect was immediate and the runny nose and sneezing that had been plaguing me stopped! ! I had really bad hay fever so I am surprised that my symptoms have improved. Dr. Hui diagnoses all symptoms accurately and is a trustworthy and friendly doctor.
Every year I suffer from a pollen allergy. This year, when I took over-the-counter medication as usual, I felt more unwell than ever before and have not been able to take any medication since. So I decided to work with Dr. Hui after meeting him through a friend. At first I was a bit skeptical and nervous as it was my first experience with acupuncture, but I left it up to Dr. Hui, who was very smart and kind, and I was very pleased with the right answer. Not only the pollen but also the stiffness in my body has completely improved. The dullness in my skin has also gone down. There are limits to what you can do to maintain your body.
Dr. Hui also points out changes in your body that you may not be aware of. We will listen to Dr. Hui's teachings so that we can become beautiful and healthy from the inside out while drinking Chinese herbal tea.
I am a 70-year-old Japanese man.
My spinal stenosis causes pain in all parts of my body, but traditional Chinese treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and massage have always helped me.
She also blends Chinese herbal medicine to make you feel better from the inside out.
Hui is my go-to person when I am in trouble.
Also, my migraine headaches have improved with chiropractic, which I was afraid of, and recently I had a bacterial cold that I thought would be bad for two weeks, but with Chinese medicine I was surprisingly able to recover. There are no side effects like antibiotics and I feel stronger than before my cold.

These forms of movement are an integral part of Chinese medicine and combine slow, mindful exercises with conscious breathing. They support the flow of energy, have a relaxing effect and strengthen body and mind - ideal for preventative health care or as an accompaniment to therapy.
Herbal therapy is a central pillar of TCM. Based on sound diagnostics, we compile individual formulas from herbal active ingredients to balance internal imbalances. Our practice in your area offers comprehensive advice and support.
